Terwilliger Brothers Residential, LLC (TBR) is a Florida based apartment development company whose principals include three seasoned apartment developers and operators. Bruce Terwilliger has over 30 years experience in apartment development, management, asset management and acquisitions. Ron Terwilliger has been one of the premier apartment developers in the United States for decades. Russ Davis is CEO of Homes Urban, headquartered in Greenville, SC which develops apartment properties in the Carolinas and Georgia. TBR currently has broken ground on Trevesta Place, a 256-unit, 4-story garden community in Palmetto, Florida, and will be breaking ground soon on Oxford Place, a 154-unit cottage-style community located outside of The Villages. It is TBR's business plan to break ground on two projects per year.
