URBAN PIONEERING ARCHITECTURE is an architecture and interior design firm founded in 2004 by Sarah and Jim Hill, inspired by clients’ desires and a dedication to exceeding their expectations, all while lowering our environmental impact. We are invested in every phase of the project from concept through completion to ensure that consistent care and quality is maintained throughout the process. We strive to design to suit the context, whether the urban environment of the city, or the natural environment of the world around us. We aim to integrate renewable resources, environmentally friendly products, and to take advantage of the benefits of the local environment. We have completed residential projects throughout New York, New Jersey and Delaware, ranging in size from small additions and renovations to new construction, in a variety of styles from craftsman to contemporary. Our staff includes Passive House Consultant and LEED™ accredited professionals.
