1.3M SF Mixed-Use Aviation Landing Planned in College Park
Terrapin Development Company along with project partners 4 Castles & Mosaic Development Partners have announced preliminary plans for Aviation Landing in College Park. To be constructed on a Prince George’s County-owned parking lot, the development calls for 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use space to include around 900 residential units, green space, retail and commercial research, and innovation space. The development team expects groundbreaking could occur within the next two years.
