Commercial Building Proposed in Miami Beach
Developer Crescent Heights and Wells Fargo Bank, the owner of the site, have submitted plans for a four-story commercial building in Miami Beach’s Bayshore neighborhood that will offer over 50,000 square feet of space. The project will be reviewed by the Miami Beach Design Review Board on June 4. Plans include 34,099 square feet for a Whole Foods store and 3,995 square feet for a Wells Fargo bank. The building will include an integrated parking garage with 271 spaces. The location is close to the Lincoln Road shopping district and the Miami Beach Convention Center. A one-story bank currently occupies the 1.27-acre site, it will be demolished prior to the start of construction.
