$1.6M Permit Pulled for Common Area Renovations at 1047 Comm Ave
Shawmut Design & Construction has pulled a permit valued at $1,667,920 for interior common area renovations at 1047 Commonwealth Avenue. The project calls for the tit out of approximately 4,000 square feet of common space into a community space and concierge desk on level 1 along with a new ramp for the existing exterior roof deck. The six-story building offers 180 apartments, originally completed in 2016.
