$100M Renovation Begins for Downtown Boston Office Property
Construction is underway on the full renovation of the historic City of Boston office property at 26 Court Street in Downtown Boston. Shawmut Design & Construction has pulled a permit valued at $100,639,693 to renovate the 175,000-square-foot property that was originally constructed in 1912. The renovation will include 11 floors above grade and 3 basement levels plus reconstruction of the exterior plaza.
