Curtain Wall Begins on 808 Windsor in Somerville

has begun installation of a glass curtainwall at 808 Windsor Street in Somerville. Nicknamed "One Boynton," the second phase of development calls for a 168-foot high rise featuring 330,000 SF of lab/life science space, 9,500 SF of ground-floor retail, and 242 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a 22,360 SF civic park.
