1000+ Unit Project Approved in West Loop Gate
The Chicago Planning Commission has approved the 2-tower mixed-use project proposed on the site of what is now a surface parking lot at 601 W Monroe Street. Plans call for a total of 1053 residential units, ranging in size from studios through 4 bedrooms along with 30,000 square feet of retail space. The towers built in 2 phases would be 47 stories & 40 stories tall. Amenities on site would include garage parking, a pool, game room, and indoor/outdoor lounge.
