11-Story Jersey City Office Building Purchased for $48M
An 11-story office building at 15 Exchange Place in Jersey City has just been sold for $48 million. Situated right on the Hudson River Waterfront, the structure was purchased by from the previous owner, in a deal brokered by JLL.
While floors 2-11 are exclusively office space, the ground floor contains a few retail units, currently occupied by a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and a Starbucks location.
Originally constructed in 1920, 15 Exchange Place stands feet tall and totals square feet. The building is desirable for its access to public transportation, sitting right around the corner from the Hudson Bergen Light Rail, and directly next to the Exchange Place PATH station.
