11-Story Office Project Stands Topped Out in DUMBO
General contractor, , has topped out the superstructure of an 11-story commercial building, going up at 29 Jay Street in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood. Facade installation and interior finishing is currently underway.
Developed by , the structure will primarily contain office space, with square feet of leasable floor area on offer.
Plans also call for highly configurable, open floor plans, a rooftop deck for employees, and square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
The structure has been sustainably designed and thoughtfully engineered. As a result, it will achieve LEED Gold certification and fully meet WELL building standards.
Designed by , 29 Jay Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction will likely be completed within the next few months or so.
