Superstructure Rises for DUMBO Office Project
General contractor, , with the help of subcontractor, Casino Concrete, has now formed about half of the superstructure for an 11-story commercial building, going up at 29 Jay Street in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood.
Developed by , the structure will primarily contain office space, with square feet of leasable floor area on offer.
Plans also call for highly configurable, open floor plans, a rooftop deck for employees, and square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
The structure has been sustainably designed and thoughtfully engineered. As a result, it will achieve LEED Gold certification and fully meet WELL building standards.
Designed by , 29 Jay Street is set to stand feet tall and will total square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up by the Fall of 2023.
