117 Room Hotel Approved in Mount Vernon Triangle
Plans for a hotel have been approved for the vacant lot at 917-921 6th Street, NW. The 120-foot-tall building will include 117 hotel rooms along with a fitness center below grade and restaurant space on the ground floor. The penthouse will contain an extension of the eating and drinking establishment use, with access via elevators on the ground floor.
