A building permit valued at $116,926,701 has been pulled for 10 Stack Street within the Hood Park development. The upcoming 345,000 square foot building will feature cutting-edge workspaces that inspire collaboration and innovation. Featuring flexible floor plates with the ability to accommodate a range of office and laboratory uses, the 13-story tower will also offer on-site amenities including two roof decks, bicycle parking, and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
