12-Story Mott Haven Residential Building Sells for $50M
A brand new, 12-story residential building at 276 Grand Concourse in the Bronx's Mott Haven neighborhood has just been sold for $50 million. The structure was purchased by from the project's developer, in a deal brokered by Meridian Capital Group.
The building contains rental apartments, consisting of both market-rate and affordable housing units. Tenant amenities include a fitness center with a yoga studio, a conference area, bike storage, package lockers, a rec room, a children’s playroom, and a roof terrace.
The development also has square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , it stands feet tall and totals square feet.
