ND Architecture & Design P.C. is a full service architectural firm that was founded by Nataliya Donskoy, RA, LEED AP BD+C, in 2004. Our staff possesses the creativity in design and technical expertise to provide architectural and engineering services in residential, institutional and commercial projects. We put an emphasis on quality and uniqueness of our design work based on our clients’ building program and budget. We specialize in contemporary design with respect and consideration for historical surrounding environment and building traditions. When possible, we strive to design “green architecture”. We endeavor to provide our services in the highest quality and to the fullest satisfaction of our clients in all our projects; to this end, we employ a full staff of draftspersons, engineers, designers and expediters that work tirelessly to keep abreast of the latest technologies and regulations in our industry and we cultivate and maintain a fully developed network of consultants for every aspect of a construction project.
