Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, mixed-use development, to be located at 676 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
