Building permits have just been filed for a 21-story, mixed-use development, at 6128 8th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and a small amount of commercial space.
Plans also call for a large, open parking area, as well as a small, enclosed garage. Combined, these spaces would provide enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet.
