The approved plans feature 38 apartments plus ground-floor retail space and parking for 42 cars.  The project will replace the Magrath Funeral Home on the site which has now been vacated. A change of ownership on the project was approved by the BPDA in September.

Change of Ownership Approved for East Boston Project The Boston Planning Board has approved the change of ownership of the previously approved project at 319-327 Chelsea Street in East Boston. The project will include 38 rental units, ground floor retail space and parking for 42 cars.  The project will replace the Magrath Funeral Home on the site. As the funeral home has now been relocated the new owners, MG2 Group, are looking to advance the project.

Stadia 50 in Brighton Taking Shape Framing is nearing the top floor for the upcoming condo project at 46 Hichborn Street in Brighton, dubbed Stadia 50. The luxury building will include 46 condos, 13 of which will include private roof decks.  Also on the roof will be a common roof deck along with a swimming pool. Additional amenities would include a yoga and fitness room, a community room, a gym, and individual storage rooms. 50 garage parking spaces would be located in a lower and ground level interior parking facility. Upcoming residential building featuring 46 condominium residences located steps from the 15.2-acre Boston Landingmixed-use development and commuter rail station. Residences would include 6 studios, 7 one bedrooms, 7 one-bedroom-pluses, 22 two-bedrooms, 3 two-bedroom-pluses, and 1 three-bedroom. Six residences would be designated affordable. A number of residences at Stadia 50 will feature private exterior decks. 13 private roof decks would also be constructed, in addition to a large common roof deck with a rooftop pool. Additional amenities would include a yoga and fitness room, a community room, a gym, and individual storage rooms. 50 garage parking spaces would be located in a lower and ground level interior parking facility. Bicycle storage will also be provided at Stadia 50. The building would be LEED-certifiable and incorporate sustainable features and green living materials.
