The JMorton Planning Division has a strong focus on procuring entitlements for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects with particular emphasis on properties with unique opportunities and constraints. Our background and experience allow us to work with clients to prepare plans for a variety of projects ranging from large scale master planned communities to single use commercial site plans. 

During the due diligence phase, we will visit the site, identify existing conditions, review current approvals, analyze local and state regulations and meet with stakeholders while assessing the highest and best use for the client. At completion, we move to the design phase and work with the engineers and contractors to implement the client’s vision to exacting standards.

Where government approvals are required, JMorton has extensive experience navigating and leading the project through the entitlement process. We participate in public meetings and represent the project on behalf of our clients. We have an excellent track record for obtaining approvals on issues with opposing viewpoints
