Permits Filed for 8-Story Expansion Project in East Harlem
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 1751 Park Avenue in East Harlem, Manhattan. Developed by Yitzchok Joseph under the name 1163 Fulton Realty LLC, the existing 4-story building on the property would be expanded by an additional 4-stories.
The resulting structure would contain rental apartments, 12,800 square feet of community facility space, and 4,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Plans also call for a cellar. Designed by , the new development would stand feet tall and total square feet.
