Our goal is to provide quality architecture services by understanding client needs, working with budgets, and adhering to deadlines, while providing reliable services. We are excited to announce that we have completed projects totaling about 200 million dollars since the inception of the firm in 2012 through the end of 2019. With several more projects in hand in both early and developing stages, we are growing and proud to make our mark in multi-family housing projects all over New York City. Our focus and expertise lies in new construction projects and the gut rehabilitation of existing buildings. Our services extend through all aspects of the design and construction process. Our preference is to work with projects from the inception of the design right through construction completion. We work with our engineering partners to deliver clients a full set of architectural and engineering drawings that are complete to bid.
