123 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned in Ivy City
OceanPro Properties is planning to replace the ProFish warehouse at 1900 Fenwick Street NE with a new construction mixed-use property. The 80-foot tall building would include 123 units with retail and maker space on the ground floor and part of the second floor. Plans include a "living green wall" as part of the facade as a nod to the Ivy City location. The developer expects to file a PUD application by the end of this month.
