140K SF Life Science Fitout at 500 Forge Underway
Boylston Properties is converting 140,000 SF of office space at 500 Forge in Arsenal Yards into life science lab space with construction underway. Part of Arsenal Yards, the development would include a 100,000 SF third-story addition to the building across 3 phases of development along with lab conversion of the former ground-floor retail space.
