$15.67M in Financing Arranged for Mixed-Use Development in Beacon Hill
FinanceBoston has arranged $13,720,000 in Senior Debt and $1,953,000 in Mezzanine Financing for the redevelopment of a church located in Beacon Hill, Boston. The former church is being converted to three luxury residential units and a grand creative office space. The property is strategically located in the premier Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston, MA with excellent access to Downtown Boston and all transit. Fully permitted and approved, the developer will repurpose the existing structure while adhering to the property’s historic nature.
