15-Story Hotel Proposed in Fort Lauderdale
Roslyn, New York-based developer Hariohm Realty, LLC is proposing a 15-story hotel in Fort Lauderdale that will provide 75 guest rooms. The 42 Hotel will include 984 square feet of retail space along with 3,771 square feet of amenities and 47 parking spaces. Amenities include a fountain on the ground level, a sky lobby with a coffee shop, fitness center on the mezzanine level, an outdoor terrace on the fifth floor and a rooftop pool deck and bar. The location, at the corner of Alahmbra Street and North Birch Street is within walking distance of the beach and intracoastal waterway.
