$156M Construction Loan Secured for Midtown East Condo Tower
Lex 47thProperty Owner LLC has closed on a $156M loan for the luxury condo project at 131-141 East 47th Street in Manhattan. Affiliates of Fortress Investment Group provided the loan, which was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets’ New York office led by Senior Managing Director Max Herzog and Senior Managing Director Scott Aiese. The project, which will feature 191 residences, recently topped out.
