$15M Electrical Permit Pulled for Potomac Yard Condo Project
An electrical permit valued at 15,148,082.00 has been pulled for foundation to grade work and temporary power for the crane at 2551 Main Line Blvd in Alexandria. The upcoming 2 building project, will feature 138 luxury condos along with two rooftop outdoor terraces and adjacent indoor clubrooms, an innovative fitness center with a separate yoga room, a pet washing station, underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations, and bike storage.
