178 Affordable Units Approved in South Providence
Marathon Development has won approval for a 6-story multifamily project at 220 Blackstone St. in South Providence. Plans call for 178 affordable housing units with ground-floor community amenities, offices, and commercial space. The developer has entered into an agreement to purchase 4.17 acres of land on the southern edge of the Rhode Island Hospital complex in Providence.
