2.5M SF Mixed-Use Project Planned in North Bethesda
Washington Science Center Joint Venture, an entity of Willco, has submitted plans for a 2.5M+ square-foot project on a 20-acre site in North Bethesda. The development could include up to 2,063 residential units along with 415,000 square feet of commercial development, a mix of office and retail space. The site is currently home to 3 existing office buildings, one of which is vacant and will be demolished as part of the project. Plans also call for nearly 3,000 parking spaces on site.
