21-Story Rental Building Nears Top Out in Downtown Brooklyn
General contractor, , has nearly topped out the concrete superstructure of a 21-story, residential building, going up at 101 Fleet Place in Downtown, Brooklyn. According to structural engineering firm, CityScape Engineering, the structure now has 20 floors and is expected to reach its pinnacle sometime next week.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is anticipated to finish by the winter of 2025.
