230 Unit Mixed-Use Project Advances in Brighton
Plans have been approved for the redevelopment of the Whole Foods grocery store site at 15 Washington Street in Brighton. The new building will include 229 residential units, a mix of apartments and condos along with new space for the grocery store. The development has been designed to LEED Gold standards and is set to be all-electric and feature green roofs.
