24-Story Midtown Highrise Begins to Climb
Superstructure work is now underway at 10 West 55th Street (aka 18 West 55th Street) in Midtown, Manhattan; the site of a new, 24-story, mixed-use building. Developed and constructed in-house by Skyline Developers, the building will contain apartment units, offered in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Plans also call for a cellar level and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Work is ultimately expected to finish by October of 2025.
