25-Story Residential Tower Rises in Lincoln Square
General contractor, , has now constructed about half of the superstructure for 1841 Broadway; a 25-story residential tower going up in Manhattan's Lincoln Square neighborhood. Developed by , it will contain apartments, which will consist of both market-rate and affordable housing units.
Tenant amenities will include a fitness center with a yoga studio and a golf simulator, a children's room, laundry facilities, a package room, a video arcade, a music room, and bicycle storage. Plans also call for square feet of retail space on the first and second floors.
Designed by INC Architecture and , 1841 Broadway will stand feet tall upon topping out and is set to total square feet. Construction is expected to complete towards the end of 2023.
