Facade Work Continues at 1841 Broadway

As general contractor,  PRO, proceeds to install brick cladding materials at 1841 Broadway; the structure's facade and final appearance are starting to come into view. Developed by  PRO, the 25-story residential tower is going up in Manhattan's Lincoln Square neighborhood, where it will contain  PRO apartments. These are to consist of both market-rate and affordable housing units.

Tenant amenities will include a fitness center with a yoga studio and a golf simulator, a children's room, laundry facilities, a package room, a video arcade, a music room, and bicycle storage. Plans also call for  PRO square feet of retail space, located on the first and second floors.

Designed by INC Architecture and  PRO, 1841 Broadway stands PRO feet tall and is set to total PRO square feet when all is said and done. Although the facade is about halfway installed at this point, the team still has plenty of interior finishing to cross off its to-do list. Nevertheless, construction will continue to proceed at a steady pace, with work expected to fully wrap up towards the end of 2023.
