25-Story Residential Tower Tops Out in Lincoln Square
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of 1841 Broadway; a 25-story residential tower going up in Manhattan's Lincoln Square neighborhood. Developed by , it will contain apartments, which are to consist of both market-rate and affordable housing units.
Tenant amenities will include a fitness center with a yoga studio and a golf simulator, a children's room, laundry facilities, a package room, a video arcade, a music room, and bicycle storage. Plans also call for square feet of retail space on the first and second floors.
Designed by INC Architecture and , 1841 Broadway now stands feet tall and is set to total square feet when all is said and done. Facade installation is right around the corner, and construction is expected to fully complete towards the end of 2023.
