250 Unit Mixed-Use Project Proposed Along Columbia Pike in Arlington
Property owner Scott Management & Insight Property Group have filed plans for the redevelopment of the 65,000 square foot site currently home to a CVS along Columbia Pike in Arlington. The new project, The Elliott would include 248 apartments along with nearly 40,000 square feet of retail space. The retail space would include around 9,500 square feet for a new CVS and 30,000 square feet for a grocery store.
