$25M Historic Baltimore Renovation Breaks Ground
Alongside Landmark Partners and SM+P Architects, Bozzuto Construction Company officially broke ground today on Guardian House, a historic renovation located in downtown Baltimore. Upon completion, Guardian House will provide housing for the area's first responders. "Our mission at Bozzuto is to create a sanctuary for those we serve. In this case, we are actually creating sanctuary for those who serve us," stated Toby Bozzuto at the event. The renovation will bring 66 apartment units and retail space to the neighborhood.
