27-Story Rental Project Rises in New Rochelle

Crews are currently in the process of forming the concrete superstructure for a 27-story, mixed-use tower project, going up at 33 Westchester Place (aka 316 Huguenot Street) in New Rochelle, New York.

rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.

Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a 2,000-square-foot coworking suite, valet parking, multiple lounges, a screening room, outdoor BBQ stations, and a rooftop, "Sky Lounge", featuring a pool and an outdoor terrace. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space.

Construction is expected to complete sometime in early 2025.
