Plans are under review for a 5-story mixed-use building at 43 Preble Street in South Boston’s Andrew Square neighborhood. The combined lot size is approximately 11,762 square feet, comprises seven parcels, and is currently occupied by a single-story concrete block building used as an auto repair shop, with the vast majority of the site being used for surface vehicle storage. The planned development will include 31 condo units with approximately 75o square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
