342 Residential Unit Project Planned For North Miami
Developers are currently planning to develop a 7-story mixed-use structure at 13855 NW 17th Avenue, Miami Shores, FL, 33167, in Miami-Dade County. NoMi Square will offer 342 one-bedroom to three-bedroom units with 3,100 square feet of retail space. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s playground, summer kitchen, and more. Construction could start in the summer of 2023. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
