Plans Released For 10-Story Mixed-Use Project in Miami's Coral Way Neighborhood
Miami's Urban Development Review Board will meet on Wednesday to discuss a proposed plan for a 10-story mixed-use development. The project will be located at 2200 and 2222 SW 27 Avenue where a gas station and office building currently stand and will need to be demolished. Developers show plans for 166 residential units, approximately 10,100 square feet of retail, and 291 parking spaces.
