350-Unit Hanover Wellesley Now Under Construction
Architect Cube 3 and developer The Hanover Company have broken ground on the 6-story, 350-unit Hanover Wellesley.
This mixed-use development is located at the junction of Route 9 and Route 128/I-95 in the Wellesley Office Park. The 40R project will set aside 88 of the 350 residential units for income restriction. The project is owned by John Hancock Life Insurance.
