First Units Expected to Open Mid-October at St. Gabriel's Monastery
The first building within the St. Gabriel's Monastery redevelopment in Brighton is nearly complete with first units expected to open in mid-October. Studio through 3 bedroom units range in price from around $2200 per month up to nearly $6500. The new homes include designer cabinets, quartz countertops, keyless entry, walk-in closets, and balconies. The 11+ acre hilltop site, offering great views of Boston, will feature a total of 555 apartments and 105 condos.

Parking Garage in Place and Framing Nearly Complete for The Residences at Cross Point
The Residences at Cross Point in Lowell are taking shape with the 320 car parking garage in place and wood framing nearly complete for the 240 unit apartment building. Units within the project will range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms. A central courtyard will offer residences access to fire pits, bocce courts, grilling areas. Interior amenities will include a fitness and yoga room, dog wash area, community room, billiards room, business office, dry cleaning exchange, and cyber café. The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2020.

Lightview Northeastern Nearly Complete
Northeastern University's new massive dorm, Lightview, is nearly complete with finishing touches wrapping up as over 800 students are expected to move in this fall. Lightview offers a variety of 1-4 bedroom apartments along with a host of amenities for residents including a fitness center, entertainment and study lounge areas, and an academic success center. The new building is located just minutes from the NU campus and steps from the Ruggles MBTA station.

Construction Continues on Broadstone Bare Cove
Interior finishing is ongoing for the first building within Broadstone Bear Cove while balcony install and siding is ongoing for the second building. In total the development will include 220 apartments within the 12+ acre site in Hingham. Residents will have access to a roof deck along with a boardwalk to connect the buildings to the adjacent Bare Cover Park. First units are expected to be open in late 2020.

Windows installation is finished, and exterior work is underway for 455 Harvard Street in Brookline.
The four-story apartment complex will feature 17 rental units, including 1,735 square feet of ground-floor allocated for retail space. Additional amenities will consist of a roof deck and 12 parking spaces available for residents.

Site Work Underway for BLVD at Revere Beach
With existing buildings on the site demolished, site work is now underway for BLVD at Revere Beach. The oceanfront project from developer, NRP Group, will include 145 rental apartments along with 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The luxury homes at BLVD will offer residents an amenity package including the ability to rent sea kayaks, as well as a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, a saltwater pool, barbecue grills, a sky lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a cyber lounge, and a pet spa. Construction is expected to be complete sometime in 2020.

Emery Flats In Woburn Now Leasing: Expected First Occupancy in July
Leasing has kicked off for the 200 unit Emery Flats in Woburn with construction nearly complete on the first building in the development. Residences range in size from studios renting for $1950 to 3 bedrooms at $3600 per month with first units expected to be available around July 15th. The second building in the project should be complete sometime in September. Resident amenities at Emery Flats will include an outdoor pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge, and co-working area.

Foundation Construction Ongoing for The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf
Foundation work is ongoing along the East Boston Waterfront for The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf. The upcoming 107 unit luxury project has already sold 50% of the units in Phase II. Resident amenities at The Mark will include an outdoor waterfront terrace along with a billiards lounge and movie/golf lounge. The development is located just a few blocks from Maverick Square.

Various Stages of Construction Ongoing for St. Gabriel's Redevelopment as Leasing Kicks Off
The redevelopment of the 11.6 acre St. Gabriel's Monastery site in Brighton is ongoing with window install and exterior work ongoing for the first new construction residential building along with framing for the latter stages of the project. Renovations are also progressing on the Monastery that is being preserved and converted to apartments as part of the development. As construction progresses, leasing has kicked off, inviting prospective residents to "be a part of history in the making".
In total the development will include 555 apartments and 105 of condominiums units. Residents will have access to 22,000 square feet of community spaces including a resort style Infinity pool with sundeck, a 5,000 SF fitness center with Peloton bikes and on-demand fitness, and a sky lounge with views of downtown Boston.

Northeastern's New Residence Hall Fully Leased for Fall as Construction Continues
Northeastern University's new Residence Hall, Lightview may still be under construction but the project is already fully leased for the upcoming fall semester. The 21-story tower will include 221 student housing units with a total of 812 beds. Interior finishing is ongoing for the 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Resident amenities will include a social lounge, a recreation, and gaming area and a fitness center. Lightview is set to open this fall.

Site Work Begins for The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf
With sales of the luxury waterfront building already underway, site work has started for The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf in East Boston. The project will include 107 condominium residences with over 6,500 square feet of ground-floor public shared workspace. Resident amenities at The Mark will include a 5,045 square foot private elevated courtyard with grilling areas, fitness and wellness spaces, lounge areas and small, programmable function spaces. As part of the project, a new 240 linear foot Harborwalk section will be constructed along Boston Harbor, filling a missing link in the Harborwalk between Carlton Wharf and Lo Presti Park.
