Wood framing is now underway for BLVD at Revere Beach. The project will feature 145 modern apartments along with 2,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor for Bianchi’s and a coffee shop, which formerly stood on the site. Units are set to range in size from studios through 2 beds and the building will also offer numerous amenities including a saltwater pool, sky lounge, and state-of-the-art fitness center.

Siding & Window Install Ongoing for Hanover Mystic River
Siding is going up and windows are being installed across the 5-story mixed-use project at 61 Locust Street in Medford. Hanover Mystic River will feature 350 luxury apartments along with nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space. The building is organized around two inter-connected courtyards and a parking garage that is wrapped by residential units on all four sides, completely concealing its 400 parking spaces. Newton Residents Vote YES on Northland's 22+ Acre Development
Newton residents voted in favor of the Northland Newton project Tuesday night, with 58% of voters supporting the mixed-use development. As approved by the city council in December 2019, the project will include 800 housing units (140 of which will be affordable), 180,000 square feet of office space and 115,000 square feet of commercial space. Plans also call for 10 acres of open space including 8 new parks plus a mobility hub that will offer free electric shuttle service to the Newton Highlands MBTA Station.

Interior finish work is nearly complete for the first units at The Overlook at St. Gabriel's in Brighton. The 11+ acre site offers luxury apartments ranging from studios through four-bedrooms between new construction buildings and, meticulously restored and reimagined historic buildings. First apartments are now expected to open in April and when complete the hilltop community will feature 555 residential apartments and 105 condos. The proposed residential project at 780 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester is now under review. Plans call for a 206 unit residential building with 136 parking spaces in total. The units would be a mix of 96 studio apartments with an average of 466 square feet, 88 one-bedroom apartments with an average of 659 square feet, and 22 two-bedroom apartments with an average of 1,012 square feet. The apartment units will be organized around a central corridor. Other resident amenities are set to include a pool, pet amenity, and roof deck.
