$16M Building Permits Pulled for Phase 2 of Whittier Choice Building permits valued at $15.961M have been pulled for Phase 2 of the Whittier Choice redevelopment. Permits call for the construction of two 3-story buildings, one to include 23 residences, the other with 29. The project will feature a total of  387 units, bringing a net increase of approximately 187 residential units to Whittier Choice. 


144 Addison Street

$50M Building Permit Pulled for 144 Addison Dellbrook has pulled a building permit valued at $49,650,704 for the 144 Addison Street project in East Boston. The upcoming 230 unit development will replace an overflow lot for rental cars.  A total of 169 vehicle garage parking spaces, 270 covered bicycle storage spaces, and 15 exterior bicycle parking spaces will also be provided on-site.


The Harold and Ronald Brown Family House

Permit Pulled for Sprinkler Install at Brookline Senior Housing Development A permit has been pulled for the install of a new sprinkler system at the new residential building at 370 Harvard St. in Brookline. The Harold and Ronald Brown Family House will feature 62 units of senior housing connected to the neighboring Congregation Kehillath Israel. The affordable 1 & 2 bedroom units will be leased to seniors 62 years of age and older with a range of incomes.

$3.2M Plumbing & Gas Permits Pulled for East Boston Multifamily Project Permits valued at $3.2M have been pulled for the plumbing & gas install to 144 Addison Street in East Boston. The upcoming development will feature 230 apartments across 2 buildings connected by a central resident amenity space. . A total of 169 vehicle garage parking spaces, 270 covered bicycle storage spaces, and 15 exterior bicycle parking spaces would be provided on-site.

Interior Finishing Nearly Complete for Fairing Way Final Phase at Union Point Interior finishing is wrapping up for the final phase of Fairing Way within Union Point. The building will include a total of 107 units of assisted living, 70% of which are already sold. The first phase of the project features a 104 residential unit senior living community with a clubhouse and a 46 bed, on-site, long term care nursing facility.


59 Fountain Street

Framingham Project Mortgaged for $26M 59 Fountain Street in Framingham has been mortgaged for $26,681,265.00 via Avidia Bank. The Fountain Street project, currently under construction will convert the existing historic mill building into 160 residences. A new 6-story building will also be added to the site to include 98 residences for a total of 258 within the project.

Plumbing & Gas Permits Pulled for Brighton Multifamily Project A series of permits for gas and plumbing work valued at $3.545M have been pulled for the 2 building project at 1550 Soldiers Field Road. The larger building in the complex will feature 211 apartments with the smaller offering 38 affordable condos. Parking garages within each building will offer a total of 175 spaces.

$1M Electrical Permit for 144 Addison St Project in East Boston An electrical permit valued at $1,050,000 has been pulled for the 144 Addison Street multi-family project in East Boston. The upcoming development will feature 230 apartments across 2 buildings connected by a central resident amenity area. Along with amenity space, the project is also set to include parking for 169 vehicles and 285 bicycles.   


The Harold and Ronald Brown Family House

Window Install Nearly Complete for The Harold & Ronald Brown Family House in Brookline Window install is wrapping up for the Harold & Ronald Brown Family House along Harvard Street in Brookline. The building which is connected to the neighboring Congregation Kehillath Israel (KI) will feature 62 units of senior housing along with 1,000 square feet of commercial space. The development will also include a new pocket park.  


Caldwell Lynn

Exterior Work & Window Install Ongoing for Caldwell Lynn Construction continues at Caldwell Lynn, along Munroe Street in the heart Lynn's downtown. The project, expected to open this summer will offer 259 modern apartments along with amenities including a rooftop pool, resident lounge, fitness center, and co-working space. The 10-story building will also include around 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Plumbing & Gas Permits Pulled for 2 Buildings in the Whittier Choice Redevelopment A series of plumbing and gas permits have been pulled for 25 Whittier Street & 180 Ruggles Street within the Whittier Choice development.  The redevelopment will create a total of 387 residential units, apartments & condos, along with 7,680 square feet of retail space. The first phase of the project opened earlier this year.

West Roxbury Multifamily Acquired for $41M Oak Row, along VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, has been acquired by National Development for $41,761,800. The 80 unit multi-family was constructed in 2018. The property features a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms along with amenity space including a fitness center and resident clubroom.
