Plans are under review for a 3-building multifamily project at 191-203 Blue Hill Ave. in Roxbury. The development would replace a dilapidated single-story commercial building and a surface parking lot. The project would include 36 residential units, a mix of 1 & 2 beds with 18 parking spaces. The buildings are being designed with green space and common areas in mind with a focus on creating a community environment for the residents.
