390 Units Proposed for 7+ Acre Silver Spring Site
The NRP Group has submitted plans for a 390 unit multifamily unit project on a 7+ acre site along Broadbirch Drive in Silver Spring. The project would feature a 5-story residential apartment building and two-over-two multi-living unit structures with both surface and structure parking, totaling 530 spaces. The project would replace an existing flex/office building currently on the site.
