CP Capital Partners & NRP Close on JV for Silver Spring Multifamily
CP Capital Partners and The NRP Group have closed on both a joint venture and the land to develop White Oak in Silver Spring, MD. The 390-unit multifamily development will include a sundeck, fitness center, and cyber lounge. Construction is expected to being in Q1 of 2023 and be complete in Q2 of 2025.
