Tampa Apartment Community Acquired for $63.99 Million

 

 

Real Estate firm GID has acquired Windsor Highwoods Preserve, formerly The Marquis of Tampa, for $63.99 million according to Hillsborough County records. The proper was purchased from Axonic. The apartment community offers 357 residential units. The one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments are available in 12 different floorplans and range in size from 955 to 1,805 square feet. Apartment units feature direct garage access. Community amenities include two pools, a spa, sun deck, barbecue grills, business center, theater, fitness center and dog park. The location in New Tampa is convenient to multiple shopping and dining venues and provides easy access to I-275 and I-75.
