23-Story Mixed-Use Tower Under Review in Miami
Plans for a 23-story mixed-use tower are under review by Miami-Dade County. Babylon Racquet Club, in the Brickell section of Miami, will offer a combination of hotel space, condominiums, office space and racquet courts. The tower would offer 34 condominium units, 15 hotel rooms, 4,000 square feet of office space, a 13,700-square foot restaurant. In addition, plans call for five floors (6-10) dedicated to sports courts. The 14 courts would be a mix of padel, pickleball and tennis.
