40-Story Tower Tops Out in Downtown Brooklyn
has topped out a 40-story, mixed-use tower project, going up at 111 Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn.
Jointly developed by The Michaels Organization, Geolo Capital, and Triangle Equities, the building is set to contain rental apartments, including 69 affordable units. Tenant amenities are to include a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, and a concierge service. Plans also call for a 20,000-square-foot ministry center for the St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church and square feet of commercial retail space.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. The new development replaces a couple of low-rise residential structures.
